I'd like to find a way to preferably use the Radeon as the primary card, and allow all the displays to function. The Radeon card has much better specs than the Nvidia card.

UBUNTU 18.04 NVIDIA DRIVERS MULTI MONITOR DRIVER
Without the Nvidia driver (using Nouveau) the graphics performance is terrible. When the nvidia-340 recommended driver is installed, the two displays attached to the Radeon card stop functioning, and are no longer detected through the Settings->Devices->Displays dialog. With both or only the Nvidia card(s) installed the machine boots.
UBUNTU 18.04 NVIDIA DRIVERS MULTI MONITOR CODE
The BIOS hangs with Intel error code 5A (resetting bus). The machine cannot boot past BIOS with only the Radeon card. The machine has no onboard graphics and cannot boot without atleast one graphics card installed. The default Ubuntu 18.04 installation using the Nouveau driver lets the machine boot, and all three displays function.
